Design Story

The composition is strictly symmetrical, which is what keeps so much ornament from tipping into noise. A crowned oval crest anchors the centre, flanked by two relief-style red devils held in a still, heraldic stance rather than any action. Above it, a black band carries clean capitals reading AC MILAN; below, an arched stadium motif labelled SAN SIRO steps down into a black-and-red panel with SEMPRE MILAN SEMPRE INSIEME set in restrained type. Gold scrollwork and jewel-like accents frame each tier, while laurel forms and a football close the base. The palette is disciplined — deep black ground, crimson stripes, warm gilt — so contrast does the hierarchy work.

Use & Experience

On a tall tumbler silhouette the artwork reads as a wraparound column: crest at eye level as the focal panel, typography stacked along the vertical proportion, ornament tapering toward the base.
